8.1.5.2 Conflicts of Commitment
MGA employees are expected to devote their full efforts toward their MGA responsibilities. MGA employees shall not engage in any occupation, pursuit, or endeavor that will interfere with the regular and punctual discharge of that employee’s official duties.
