Middle Georgia State University is committed to ensuring a safe learning environment that supports the dignity of all members of the University community. Pursuant to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (BOR) Policy 6.7, federal and state laws and regulations, and our vision, mission, and values, Middle Georgia State University does not discriminate on the basis of sex or gender in any of its education or employment programs and activities. To that end, this policy prohibits specific forms of behavior that violate Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and is reflected in the University Policy 6.5.1.
