8.3.2 Leave – Educational & Professional

Middle Georgia State University (MGA) regular employees may request a leave of absence for educational and professional development opportunities in accordance with BOR Policy 8.2.7.4. Employees wishing to request an educational and professional leave of absence should refer to the BOR Policy.
Requests of one year or less must be approved by the President and reported to the Chancellor. The Chancellor must approve requests greater than one year and any extension of previous requests.
