Middle Georgia State University is required to be compliant with the Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA).

MGA’s Office of Enrollment Management has information relative to FERPA on their website: https://www.mga.edu/registrar/FERPA/index.php.

The University is a member of the American Association of Collegiate Registrar’s and Admission Officers which provides resources for faculty and staff related to FERPA.

Any faculty or staff member with questions relative to FERPA should contact the Enrollment Management Office for assistance.
