New Policy on Use of Space by Outside Parties
The University has developed a new policy on Use of Space by Outside Parties, based on recommendations from Campus Affairs and best practices in the USG. It includes a new Request for Reservation, as well as sample Facilities Use Agreement and Camp Agreement. Barring any objections, it will become effective on May 1, 2017.
